VICEM HA TIEN LOW HEAT OF HYDRATION CEMENT is a fine powder mixture of various minerals. It is produced by mixing calcareous minerals such as limestone, clay containing silica and alumina and heating it to 1450 °C. When it cools, a clinker is formed. This clinker is then finely ground and mixed with blast furnace slag, gypsum and activated mineral additives with the appropriate rate of generating low heat of hydration cement meets requirements of TCVN 7712:2013.
USES
VICEM HA TIEN LOW HEAT OF HYDRATION CEMENT is specially blended to provide a lower heat of hydration in concrete. This unique attribute makes it ideal for mass concrete pours where the rate of temperature rise and the maximum temperature achieved must be controlled in order to reduce the risk of thermal cracking, such as constructing dams, large foundations, large footings,...
